Terms governing use of appvalleycore.click and consulting engagements with App Valley Core.

Acceptance
By accessing appvalleycore.click or engaging App Valley Core for consulting services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or commission work.
Services described
This website describes programming consulting focused on frontend performance audits and design system governance. Descriptions, rates, and timelines are informational. A separate engagement letter or statement of work governs each paid project.
Intellectual property
Site content, including text and branding, belongs to App Valley Core or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without written permission. Deliverables created under an engagement are licensed or assigned as stated in that engagement letter; unless otherwise agreed, App Valley Core retains ownership of pre-existing methods and templates.
Client materials
You grant us a limited license to use materials you provide (code access credentials for the engagement period, design files, analytics excerpts) solely to perform the agreed work. You represent that you have the right to share those materials.
No warranties on site content
The site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that informational pricing will match a future quote.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Taiwan (TW), App Valley Core’s aggregate liability arising from site use is limited to NT$3,000. For paid engagements, liability caps and remedies are defined in the engagement letter. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss, except where Taiwanese law prohibits such limitation.
Conduct
You agree not to misuse the site (attempt unauthorized access, overload forms, or submit unlawful content).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taoyuan District shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
