Data controller

App Valley Core is the controller for personal data collected through appvalleycore.click and related consulting inquiries.

Data we collect

  • Inquiry data: name, email, engagement interest, project scope notes, and message content you submit via the contact form
  • Correspondence: emails and files you send us while scoping or delivering an engagement
  • Technical logs: basic server or hosting logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) as provided by our host
  • Cookies: see our Cookies Policy for essential and optional analytics cookies

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data through the public site. Please do not submit passwords, national ID numbers, or health information in the contact form.

Purposes

  • Respond to inquiries and prepare estimates
  • Perform contracted consulting work
  • Improve site reliability and, if you accept analytics cookies, understand aggregate traffic
  • Meet legal and accounting obligations in Taiwan

We process inquiry and engagement data based on pre-contractual steps or contract performance, and on legitimate interests in operating a consulting practice. Cookie consent governs non-essential cookies.

Retention

  • Unsuccessful inquiries: typically up to 24 months
  • Engagement records and invoices: as required by Taiwanese tax and commercial record rules (generally at least 5 years)
  • Cookie identifiers: per the durations in the cookies table

International transfers

Our primary operations are in Taiwan. Hosting or email processors may store data in other jurisdictions. Where transfers occur, we use providers with appropriate safeguards and contractual protections.

Your rights

Subject to Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act and applicable rules, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing.
