A Taoyuan-based consulting practice focused on frontend performance audits and design system governance.
Origin
App Valley Core started when product teams in northern Taiwan kept hiring “performance help” that delivered screenshots of green Lighthouse scores — and left design-system owners without rules to keep those scores. We built a practice that treats measurement and governance as one craft.
Mission
Help product organizations ship interfaces that stay fast on real devices while shared components remain coherent across squads. We do this through audits, workshops, and written operating rules — not through a hosted product.
How we work
Engagements are short, evidence-led, and collaborative. We instrument the journeys you care about, sit with the people who own those templates, and leave documents your teams can maintain without us in the room.
We favor Taiwan business hours for workshops, and we travel within the Taoyuan–Taipei corridor when on-site pairing is useful.
